I’m back

So after a much needed social media break, I am back! Oh it feels so good to be writing , sharing, and communicating with my friends again. God has been working in my heart so much over this last year, and even though I wasn’t completely gone from social media, I was far enough away to be able to hear Him a little more clearly.

What do you think of my new website? Isn’t it fancy? My awesome brother in law designed and revamped it. It is so much more user friendly. There are still some things we are working on, but I can’t thank him enough for providing a professional blog for me…..{{HUGS}} Ryan!

So I am going to try and catch you up with a few things that have been going on in the Caracciolo household since last summer.

~We finished our second year of homeschooling. First half of the year I took a giant leap and filed my own affidavit and schooled them completely on my own. Meaning no help, it was all up to me…again NO HELP. While this option is one that many dear friends use, it was definitely not for our family. Second half of the year we decided to join Sky Mountain Charter School. It was the best decision we made. With God’s help, we have settled into a school that brings us lots of flexibility with guidance. Just what we needed.

~We are in the middle of having more children. WAIT! I AM NOT PREGNANT! We are however adopting!! I can’t express all the feelings that I am having about this calling, so for now I will leave you with one,  excitement!

~Taylor is now 13 and going into 8th grade. She has decided to step back from competitive soccer for now to just play rec.

~Ashlyn turns 11 next Friday. She is going into 6th grade. We have noticed a true mother hen in her. She is all about helping others and hospitality. Such a heart for such a young girl.

~Zackery just turned 8 and is starting 3rd grade. He is starting drum lessons in the fall. Here I thought he made a lot of noise now….I can’t wait to see his new decimal.

~Noah and I are doing fabulous. I love that the closer you grow to God, the closer you become as a couple. We just celebrated 10 years of marriage. Noah surprised me with a trip to New York.

I am just so excited to back on here. Please share and “like” my blog on facebook. And don’t hesitate to leave a comment. I would love to hear from you.
